Real Madrid & Tottenham’s Hugo Lloris
The Sun have set off alarm bells for Tottenham fans on Wednesday linking Spurs keeper Hugo Lloris with a move to Real Madrid.
Lloris is now a World Cup winner after his tremendous summer in Russia with his national team.
Lloris played a key role for France, as he made several incredible saves for Les Bleus.
And, according to the Sun, Lloris is now the focus of attention for Real Madrid. The tabloid announce:
Real Madrid are plotting a daring £60million raid to grab Tottenham keeper Hugo Lloris.
Sources close to Lloris, 31, suggest he is open to a move to Spain — but would not try to force his way out of North London.

Should Spurs be worried?
There’s plenty of reasons for Spurs fans to ignore the Sun’s update on Lloris.
Most importantly, the French international is under contract at Tottenham for another four years.
Moreover, is 60 million pounds enough to force Spurs to sell their keeper?
Considering Alisson’s world record fee after his move to Liverpool, one suspects that Spurs will be looking for a much higher offer for Lloris.

Good news for Chelsea?
Yet, perhaps the most interesting aspect of the Sun’s report is what it means for Chelsea goalie Thibaut Courtois.
Courtois only has a year to run on his Chelsea contract. The Belgian has indicated he won’t sign a new deal, while he’s been heavily tipped to join Real Madrid.
Yet, the Los Blancos links to Lloris would suggest that the Champions League champs are looking elsewhere.
Alternatively, cynical Chelsea fans may interpret the Lloris rumours as Real Madrid’s way of trying to lower any transfer fee for Chelsea’s number one.
