Man United, Tottenham & Wolves make their Layvin Kurzawa move

Man United & Layvin Kurzawa

Why have Manchester United waited this long to make a move?

According to L’Equipe on transfer deadline day, Manchester United have posted an interest in PSG left-back Layvin Kurzawa.

That’s obviously bad news for Luke Shaw on the eve of the new Premier League season.

25-year-old Kurzawa is under contract at PSG until 2020.

L’Equipe report that Man United spoke to PSG on Wednesday about Kurzawa’s availability.

Unsurprisingly considering how late we are in the summer transfer window, PSG are said to be only willing to sell Kurzawa if they receive an “XXL” bid.

Are Man United about to pay over the odds for Kurzawa?

Tottenham & Wolves

Yet Man United aren’t alone in chasing Kurzawa.

Tottenham, who are yet to sign a single player this summer, have been dragged into the Kurzawa story too.

The well-known social media ITK account Paris United also claim that Tottenham have contacted PSG about Kurzawa.

Paris United claim that while Kurzawa is the only senior left-back at PSG, the Ligue 1 side will consider selling him as they target Alex Sandro from Juventus.

It’s claimed that Alex Sandro, who has previously been linked to Man United, has already agreed personal terms with Les Parisiens.

But there’s more interest in Kurzawa, as the Sun drag Wolves into the story too.

Wolves, of course, shocked many when they sold left-back Barry Douglas to Leeds United this summer.

Could the Premier League new-boys sign Kurzawa on deadline day? The Sun report:

Wolves have targeted Layvin Kurzawa in their late splurge.

The Premier League newcomers completed the £18million signing of Adama Traore and lined up Belgium star Leander Dendoncker.

Paris Saint-Germain left-back Kurzawa is also on their hitlist in a £22million move that would break their transfer record again.
