Arsenal 1 – Chelsea 1
It was honours-even after 90 minutes on Wednesday night in Dublin.
Arsenal took on Chelsea in the International Champions Cup in the Irish capital at the Aviva Stadium.
Of course, both clubs will suffer the disappointment of playing Europa League football this season after they missed out on a place in the top four.
Since, both Chelsea and Arsenal have changed managers. Unai Emery has replaced Arsene Wenger, Maurizio Sarri has succeeded Antonio Conte.
In the first meeting between Emery’s Arsenal and Sarri’s Chelsea, the match ended 1-1 before going to penalties.

Antonio Rudiger & Alexandre Lacazette
Chelsea struck first in the pre-season friendly.
German defender Antonio Rudiger broke the deadlock in just the fifth minute with a superb header from a corner.
Arsenal levelled in the 92nd minute of the match. French forward Alexandre Lacazette turned home a low cross from Reiss Nelson at the back past.
Petr Cech saves two penalties
The match went to a penalty shootout, which Arsenal won 6-5.
In the shootout, Cech denied England international Ruben Loftus-Cheek from scoring from the spot.
That was Cech’s second penalty save of the match after he denied Alvaro Morata scoring a first half penalty in the friendly.
Petr Cech doesn't save penalties very often… so Alvaro Morata's must have been bad! 🔴🔵 #AFC #CFC pic.twitter.com/q9Ry5NjqUr
